		<description>I&#039;m a big snack person, and I love all kinds of sweets for it. I don&#039;t necessarily overindulge when it comes to this, though, and I&#039;ve been struggling recently because the boy and I are trying to go without sweets for this month.

		<description>I try to always combine protein and carb in my snacks. Without the protein, the carbs aren&#039;t fulfilling, but add a little bit of protein and the hunger is gone! I love vanilla yogurt plus a small handful of salty pretzels or string cheese plus Annie&#039;s Honey Bunny Grahams. (I guess all my snacks match sweet with salty too!)</description>

I very rarely snack during the day.  My worst snack-y time is typically in the 30-40 minutes between arriving home and heading out for a workout (although I don&#039;t eat much or I&#039;ll get queasy at the gym) or after dinner while watching tv.  But instead of taking the whole bag with me, I put some in a bowl or on a plate.  Sometimes I&#039;m good and don&#039;t go back to the pantry.  Other times not so much.

The Wheat Thins and Cheese sounds great.  I&#039;m intrigued by kale chips.  How long do they last after you make them?  I mean, could you make them on Sunday and still eat them later in the week?</description>
